touch controlls:

Left analog stick is for movement controlls

right analog stick is for rolling

press and hold throttle buttons for throttle to go up and down.

if you use keyboard controls then:

Controll is throttle down

Shift is throttle up

Q and E are for rolling

WASD are movement controlls
